​The Diagnosis laboratory of Tuberculosis , Paratuberculosis & Glanders is the National Reference laboratory.

The Diagnostic tests for the diseases are performed according to references of the Official International epizootie (OIE)

A.DUTIES

To diagnose the tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and glanders ,

1-  The isolation and identification of the agents of tuberculosis and paratuberculosis,

2- The gamma IFN test in the diagnosis of tuberculosis,

3- The ELISA in the diagnosis of paratuberculosis,

4- The CFT in the diagnosis of glanders,

5- Researches,

6- National and international trainings.

B. SCOPE OF ACCREDITATION

The laboratory is accredited for the diagnosis of paratuberculosis with ELISA and the diagnosis of glanders with CFT,

The diagnosis of glanders with CFT is also  accredited by French Food Health and Safety Agency.

C. SCOPE OF NATIONAL REFERENCE

The laboratory is the national reference laboratory  for the disease of tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and glanders.
